Mark Van Goss
Mark van Goss is a Graphic Designer & Visual Artist based out of his own studio in the Harbour of Rotterdam. A work life balance is very important to Mark and being situated in Rotterdam gives him the freedom to spend lots of time with is family. Mark also works as a Design Teacher at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute; teaching students printed textiles and the practical side of running a fashion label.

Mark studied Graphic Design at Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication in London. He enjoys the experimentation side of design and exploring different processes.

For our collaboration Mark looked a visually representing the skateboarding environment, he looked at LOS Skatepark for shapes. Continuing to look at what’s visually identifiable in terms of skate as a concept, Mark landed on the wheel of a skateboard for his second design. Marks designs are executed in his signature dry brush painting style.
