Charge in Head First t-shirt in bone is part of our fifth collection alongside our collaboration with Toby Wood.

This illustration ‘Charging in head first’ is a reflection of something that can make or break your skateboarding experience. Sometimes you need to spend a little more time on the flat ground prepping your Ollie before you brave that 4 stair. Or alternatively you just need to let go and take a leap of faith! Whichever one you are you’ll know. And now you’ve got this awesome T-shirt to remind yourself 😉 

Toby Wood is a graphic designer and illustrator living on a narrow boat on the Grand Union canal. The technique that he used in this series is called stippling. Stippling is done by hand. Small dots drawn at varying proximities to one another form tones of dark and light. It’s a style that affords him flexibility in creating accurate textures, and lends itself well to the exploration of true-to-life, realistic forms. Toby takes inspiration from many avenues but especially the natural world. He is a skater himself and created the series as a reflection of his own feelings and experiences learning to skate.

The Tee is a relaxed fit, heavy weight 220 GSM 100% combed cotton. Built to last with neck ribbing, side seams, shoulder-to-shoulder tape, and double needle hems, plus preshrunk fabric for minimal shrinkage when washing. The design is digital printed direct to fabric on the back of the tee. The Super Ultra Cool logo is screen printed over the heart on the front, and the inside back collar has the advised washing instructions to keep the garment in best condition for as long as possible.
